結(jié)構(gòu)簡介

RJ2系列井式回火電阻爐的主要結(jié)構(gòu)由爐殼、爐襯、爐蓋、裝料筐、通風機構(gòu)、升降機構(gòu)及加熱元件等部分組成。

爐襯由各種耐火材料砌成；爐殼與爐襯之間充填保暖材料；裝料筐由不銹鋼焊接而成，用作盛放被加熱之工件。

通風機構(gòu)可促使爐內(nèi)熱空氣循環(huán)，使溫度得到均勻。爐蓋升降本系列采用兩種結(jié)構(gòu)：25千瓦和35千瓦電爐用桿桿結(jié)構(gòu)：55千瓦和75千瓦電爐用液降升結(jié)構(gòu)。加熱元件采用高電阻合金絲繞成螺旋狀，并安置在爐襯擱磚上。在爐體的升降軸旁側(cè)裝有行程開關，該裝置與升降軸聯(lián)鎖。當升降軸升起從而使爐蓋打開時，電爐電源切斷，以保證操作人員的安全。

在爐殼上開有熱電偶孔。熱電偶與電爐控制柜連接，可測量及控制電爐溫度。

RJ2-XX-6（I）和RJ2-XX-6（II）電爐并裝有溫度記錄儀表和超溫保護儀表。

Consructuon Brief:

Moder RJ2 series pif type temper electric resistance furnace maimly consist of furnace linging,furnace cover,wort basket, agitator,elevting machine and heat elements.

Furnace lining are bricked with diwersifiedrefractory material;Beteeen furnace shell and furnace lining,filled with insul ating material; work basket is welded with suainess steel to load parts which will be heated.

A gitator fan could promote hot air circulating to ensure good temperature uriformity;the elevate of furnace door have two type;25kW and 35KW are equipped with a leverage mechanism;55KW and 75KW are equipped with a hydraulic mechanism. The heating elements of screw type which is made of high resistance alloy wire are mounted on the supporting bricks.

There are limit switch beside the lifting shaft.This unit is connected with lifting shaft.when the lifting shaft rise to make the furnace cover open, cut down the power supple of the furnace automtically to ensure the operators form danger.

There are thermocouple hole on the furnace shell, the furnace temperature can be controlled by thermocouple.

Model Rj2-xx-6(I) and model RJ2-XX-6(II) are equipped with temperature recorder and overtemperature protective instrument.

用途

RJ2系列井式回火電阻爐，系周期作業(yè)式電爐。額定功率25-210千瓦，額定溫度650℃。供一般鋼制品另件回火及其他合金另件熱處理用。

Application

Model RJ2 series pit type temper electric resistance furnace are batch type. The range of rated power is from 25to 210 kilowatt, and rated temperature is 650℃. The Furnaces are mainly suitable for temper of ordinary steel parts or heat treatment of other alloy parts.
