安陽市北斗星鋁塑分離機(jī)械有限責(zé)任公司，因廢舊覆銅電路板及邊角料處理分離設(shè)備、廢舊電線電纜和小排線分離處理設(shè)備、氣流及高壓靜電選礦設(shè)備的研制成功，原鋁塑分離的企業(yè)名稱已不能體現(xiàn)銅塑等其它物料分離的意義，故名稱自2007年將企業(yè)名稱變更為滑縣道口北斗星靜電分離設(shè)備廠。

本廠坐落在河南省安陽市滑縣衛(wèi)西開發(fā)區(qū)，東有瓦崗古寨，西有殷商朝歌老城，緊倚大海線。企業(yè)占地面積2000多平米，正式職工26人，其中有高、中級(jí)職稱技術(shù)人員15人。專業(yè)從事廢舊鋁塑分離的設(shè)備有：鋁塑板、娃哈哈瓶蓋、鋁塑管、藥片包裝及邊角料等鋁塑復(fù)合材料的分離設(shè)備；銅塑分離設(shè)備有：廢舊電線、電纜、廢舊電路板覆銅板及邊角料、電路板鉆孔粉、銅塑管等銅塑復(fù)合材料的分離設(shè)備。其它有：高壓靜電選礦、塑料與沙子的分離、茶葉與茶桿的分離等任何導(dǎo)體與非導(dǎo)體的分離設(shè)備。

HL型節(jié)能環(huán)保型靜電分離機(jī)（又名高壓靜電分選機(jī)）是本廠和北京大學(xué)、中國礦業(yè)大學(xué)、中國靜電協(xié)會(huì)等多家大專院校及科研單位合作，在不斷吸收國內(nèi)外各種分選技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上開發(fā)的節(jié)能環(huán)保型靜電分選機(jī)。通過多年的實(shí)踐與理論分析，獲得的最佳分選效果，分選后的雜質(zhì)可小于1%，即分選效果最高可達(dá)99.9%，并且屬于完全物理分離，分離后各種材料的性質(zhì)都不改變，不影響再生利用。該裝置首先電暈放電發(fā)生裝置使周圍空氣層產(chǎn)生電離，然后利用電容率的不同從粉碎物料中分離出金屬和塑料（導(dǎo)體和非導(dǎo)體）。

另外針靜電分離對(duì)廢舊電路覆銅板的分離純度高而產(chǎn)量比較小，我公司開發(fā)的多滾筒靜電分離機(jī)和根據(jù)粉碎后的電路板中銅粉與環(huán)氧樹脂粉的密度比重差距比較大的原理研制的廢舊電路板氣流分選機(jī)解決了分離產(chǎn)量問題。
