機(jī)身采用優(yōu)質(zhì)HT250樹脂沙鑄件，整體布局合理，設(shè)計(jì)完美，使機(jī)床加工能粗能精，且確保

加工精度長(zhǎng)久穩(wěn)定不變。

is reasonable, the design is perfect, ensuring the process fine as well as

coarse , and the process precision steady and durable.

主軸箱與床身再加上拖板，三者形成整體，機(jī)床受力合理，變形小，剛性比一般機(jī)器高出1倍。再傾斜30度,使加工產(chǎn)生的廢料、冷卻油霧/切削液隨意掉下底盤。機(jī)床底座突起臺(tái)階,讓水霧得到迷宮式流動(dòng),防止冷卻液上流與外流,
