??? 公司結(jié)構(gòu)陶瓷產(chǎn)品與金屬材質(zhì)相比具有耐磨損、耐腐蝕、耐高溫、高強度、高硬度等優(yōu)點，可以適應金屬和高分子材料難以承受的環(huán)境和工況條件。公司引進了國際上技術(shù)先進的關(guān)鍵設備，所生產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)陶瓷部件產(chǎn)品如陶瓷缸套、陶瓷柱塞等已經(jīng)在油田和石油化工企業(yè)得到應用，性能和金屬材質(zhì)產(chǎn)品相比至少提高5-10倍以上。

?? 2002年公司主要產(chǎn)品抽油泵用陶瓷柱塞被列入國家十.五期間“863”計劃項目，是我國十.五期間“863”新材料技術(shù)領域獲得支持力度最大的項目之一。2003年公司產(chǎn)品強韌化陶瓷，再次被列入國家“863”計劃項目，我司成為我國唯一一家十.五期間同時承擔兩項國家“863”計劃項目的企業(yè)。結(jié)構(gòu)陶瓷部件的生產(chǎn)2002年被列入國家重點“雙高一優(yōu)”工程，年產(chǎn)3000件氧化鋯增韌陶瓷缸套2005年被評定為十.五期間國家“火炬計劃”。

Zibo Huachuang Fine Ceramics Co. Ltd, as the new and hi-tech ceramic manufacturer with excellent abilities of technology research, manufacture and distribution, is located in Zibo National New and High-tech Industrial Development Zone in Shandong Province. Its major products are: Ceramic Liner (mud pump spare part), Ceramic Plunger (oil pump spare part), Ceramic Abrasive, Ceramic Sleeve, Ceramic Sealing Ring, Ceramic Kitchen Knife, and Ceramic Backing Bricks for grinding machine and swirler etc.

Structural ceramic products are with excellent performances, such as wearing-resistance, erosion-resistance, high-temperature-resistance, high-strength, high-hardness in the working conditions in which metal or polymer ones can not do. With functions of the most advanced manufacturing equipments in ceramic field all over the world, structural ceramic products of Zibo Huachuang, such as ceramic liner for mud pump, ceramic plunger, with better performances (improved by 5 to 10 times), have been used widely in many oilfields and petrochemical enterprises in the chemical industry.

In 2002, the ceramic plunger (including ceramic cylinder) for oil pump was listed in the “863” High Technology Research and Development Plan, which is one of the projects with the strongest support from the central government in the new ceramic material field in the National 10th Five-year Plan; in 2003, the toughening ceramic products were listed in the “863” High Technology Research and Development Plan. From then on, Zibo Huachuang had been the only manufacturer in China ceramic industry, which undertook simultaneously two projects of the “863” High Technology Research and Development Plan. Structural ceramic products had been listed in the National “Two-high and One-excellent” Project in 2002; toughening ceramic liner for mud pump (3000 pieces/year) Project had been listed in the National Touch Plan in 2005.

Most of structural ceramic products from Zibo Huachuang have occupied domestic leading level; some have reached international leading level. Ceramic liner and plunger, in particular, have been used widely in many domestic oil fields and exported to international markets, such as North American market, Middle East market.
