彎管機的作用和操作流程是什么?

5. Return stroke: The flow rate of the pump and the bearing area of the rod cavity of the hydraulic cylinder determine the large return stroke speed, which is close to the fast speed in most cases. The return journey begins with decompression of the rod cavity and ends at the top dead center. The return journey also requires synchronous operation.
Precautions for pipe bender:
1. Refer to the instruction manual of electric oil pump;
2.當有負載時,切勿拆除快速連接器;
3.本機以油為介質,需要對油和本機進行清潔保養(yǎng),以免堵塞或漏油,影響使用效果。
使用彎管機切割板材有以下優(yōu)點:
1.加工精度高,可以減少廢料和邊角料以及再加工的切削量,既提高了再加工效率,又有利于降低消耗;
2、可以選擇加工方式,較之氣焊切割,其加工后鋼材的晶相組織變化較少,可保證鋼材的原狀態(tài),有利于進行高質量加工;
3、由于集中加工可保證批量及生產(chǎn)的連續(xù)性,可以研究此項技術并采用設備,大幅度提高和降低第四,使用戶簡化生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié),提高生產(chǎn)水平。
彎管機生產(chǎn)效率的提高方式:
1、彎管機應有專人負責使用和保管。操作者必須熟悉機床的結構、性能;
2、嚴禁超負荷使用彎管機。不得剪切淬火鋼料和硬質鋼、高速鋼、合金鋼、鑄件及非金屬材料;
3、刀片刃口應保持鋒利,刃口鈍或損壞,應及時磨修或調換;
4、多人操作時應有專人指揮,配合要協(xié)調;
5、彎管機上禁止同時剪切兩種不同規(guī)格的材料,不準重疊剪切;
6、剪板入料時禁止把手促進壓板下面操作。剪短料時應另用鐵板壓住,剪料時手指離開刀口至少200毫米;
7、用撬捧對線后,應立即將撬捧退出方可剪切,如鐵板有走動,應用木枕塞牢,以免壓腳下來后撬捧彈出傷人;
8、剪好的工件必須放置平穩(wěn),不要堆放過高,不準堆放在過道上。邊角余料及廢料要及時清理,保持場地整潔。
