　　塑料模具是塑料加工行業(yè)中與塑料成型機(jī)配套，賦予塑料制品完整外形和詳細(xì)尺寸的工具。根據(jù)成型方法的不同，可分為不同的模具類型。

　　1.注模

　　它主要是一種成型模具，最廣泛地用于生產(chǎn)熱塑性塑料零件。與注塑模具相對應(yīng)的加工設(shè)備是注塑機(jī)。塑料首先在注塑機(jī)底部的加熱筒中被加熱熔化，然后在注塑機(jī)螺桿或柱塞的推動下，通過注塑機(jī)的噴嘴和模具的澆注系統(tǒng)進(jìn)入模腔。將塑料冷卻、硬化并成型，然后脫模以獲得產(chǎn)品。

　　其結(jié)構(gòu)通常由成型部分、澆注系統(tǒng)、導(dǎo)向部分、推出機(jī)構(gòu)、溫控系統(tǒng)、排氣系統(tǒng)、支撐部分等部分組成，采用塑料模具鋼制成。注射成型通常只適用于生產(chǎn)熱塑料制品。注塑生產(chǎn)的塑料產(chǎn)品非常廣泛，從日常用品到各種復(fù)雜的電器、汽車零部件。它是塑料制品生產(chǎn)中廣泛使用的加工方法。

　　2. Blow mold

　　A mold used to shape plastic container hollow products (such as beverage bottles, daily necessities and other packaging containers). According to the process principle, the forms of blow molding mainly include extrusion blow molding, injection blow molding, injection extension blow molding (commonly known as injection-pull blow molding), multi-layer blow molding, sheet blow molding and so on.

　　The equipment corresponding to blow molding of hollow products is usually called plastic blow molding machine, and blow molding is only suitable for the production of thermoplastic products. The structure of blow mold is relatively simple, and the materials used are mostly made of carbon.
